I guide renovations, refurbishments and new-build projects in Málaga and along the Costa del Sol, from first planning to the keys in your hand. Tightly organised, with reliable local craftsmen and full control over quality, planning and costs.
Needs analysis
I map out your plans, style and budget. This creates a clear starting point before a single quote is even requested.
Elaboration
Your wishes are translated into a workable plan with a sketch design, permit check, material choices and a realistic cost estimate.
Tendering and selection
I request quotes from reliable local specialists, assess them on quality, price and feasibility, and select the best party together with you.
Execution
I handle direction and quality control during construction. On-site supervision, checking invoices, monitoring the schedule, even if you're at a distance.
Completion and aftercare
I carry out the final inspection together with you. Any snags are followed up until everything is right. I also remain reachable after completion.
From full guidance to advice on request.
Not everyone has the same needs. Some clients want me to direct the entire process from A to Z, including project management and on-site supervision. Others already have a contractor, architect or build team and mainly want independent site supervision in the background. Both are possible, for renovation and for new build.
Full guidance
I'm your fixed point of contact from the first sketch to completion and take charge of the whole process: from needs analysis and permit check to directing tradespeople, quality control and aftercare. You don't have to coordinate several parties yourself.
Advisory role
You keep the lead yourself, with your own contractor, architect or build team. I provide independent site supervision in the background: a second opinion on quotes, planning, invoices or structural risks, at the moments you need it.
I don't receive any commission from contractors, suppliers or architects. My advice is therefore always independent of a third party's interest, it serves only yours.

Not every job is a full renovation. Solar panels, air conditioning, paintwork, garden landscaping or other targeted changes are guided with the same structure and the same parties: independent assessment, clear price agreements, one point of contact.

Can renovation management also be done remotely, if I don't live in Spain?
Yes, that's precisely why many clients bring me in. I handle on-site supervision, regular reporting moments and photos, so you still keep a grip on planning, quality and costs from a distance.
Do you always work with the same tradespeople?
No, that wouldn't really fit my independent role either. I know a network of local specialists, but who fits best depends on the type of work, the location and the timing, since that also determines who's available and suitable. So I look at this per project, requesting multiple quotes and selecting together with you on quality, price and feasibility.
What if I already have my own contractor?
That works fine. I can then take on purely the role of independent supervisor: quality control, monitoring planning and invoices, without coordinating the execution myself.
Can I just take advice, without you directing the whole process?
Yes. In the advisory role you keep the lead yourself and only ask me for an independent view at specific moments, for example on a quote, an invoice or a technical risk. You can always switch to full guidance later.
Am I committed to the whole process once I start?
No. Every phase, from needs analysis to completion, can be taken separately. After each phase you decide for yourself whether to continue and in what form. That way you can start small without committing to a full process right away.
Does this also apply to smaller jobs, not just full renovations?
Yes. Solar panels, air conditioning, paintwork or garden landscaping are guided with the same structure: clear price agreements and one point of contact, even for small projects.
