Needs analysis
I map out your plans, style and budget. This creates a clear starting point before a single quote is even requested.
Elaboration
Your wishes are translated into a workable plan with a sketch design, permit check, material choices and a realistic cost estimate.
Tendering and selection
I request quotes from reliable local specialists, assess them on quality, price and feasibility, and select the best party together with you.
Execution
I handle direction and quality control during construction. On-site supervision, checking invoices, monitoring the schedule, even if you're at a distance.
Completion and aftercare
I carry out the final inspection together with you. Any snags are followed up until everything is right. I also remain reachable after completion.

Can renovation management also be done remotely, if I don't live in Spain?
Yes, that's precisely why many clients bring me in. I handle on-site supervision, regular reporting moments and photos, so you still keep a grip on planning, quality and costs from a distance.
Do you work with regular tradespeople?
Yes, with a network of local specialists I know and trust. For each project I request multiple quotes and select together with you on quality, price and feasibility, not automatically the same party.
What if I already have my own contractor?
That works fine. I can then take on purely the role of independent supervisor: quality control, monitoring planning and invoices, without coordinating the execution myself.
Does this also apply to smaller jobs, not just full renovations?
